PSPH531801A plasma power supply

Hi!

I'm trying to repair a PSPH531801A plasma power supply. I have 5V standby, but nothing happens when connecting PS-ON to ground (through a current limiting resistor), or VS-ON to 5V.

Do you know if the diagrams are available for this model? Or maybe someone has an idea on where to continue troubleshooting?
