I am experiencing a problem with one of the calibration steps with this power supply.
When attempting to calibrate the 'Channel 3 offset current' step, I am getting an error -96 CALIBRATION CURRENT OFFSET ERROR.
All other calibration steps pass without issue.
I've found no issues such as DAC problems, etc. that are suspicious.
Is there anyone on the forum that has experience with this instrument that would be willing to discuss a troubleshooting strategy?
