Pro Breeze® Air Purifier 5-in-1 with True HEPA Filter Repair

Hello
Could anybody help to repair my Air Purifier?
The Ionizer switches off the device after a minuter or so once it's switched on.
The Fan only part of the Purifier faultless, works as it should.
The manufacturer replaced the whole unit under warranty, and I don't want to throw away the "old one".
Also it has touch sensitive buttons.
Here are more detailed pictures:

This circuit apparently uses capacitive dropper, so check if the large yellow 1.5uF cap still has it's rated capacitance. Also be cautious as this circuit is directly connected to mains voltage.

I've checked out with multimeter all the bigger parts, all the caps were empty/discharged.
Obviously I not gonna plug in while the PCB is "naked" in my hand.
Update:
- the large yellow :

- the smaller yellow is start from high and slowly discharges
- the 3 other black cap - do i need to desolder them to get a good read? as I can't measure it
The back of the PCB has some shiny coating on, and as far as I can see - the Large Yellow cap has been replaced - as I can see flux residue on the joints.
