Please help, what model of pressure sensor is this?

The picture of the pressure sensor is shown below.
It measures atmospheric pressure.Temperature also needs.
The SG303 in the picture is an active crystal oscillator 32.768KHZ,The TO-92 packaged direct-insertion transistor looks like a voltage-stabilizing transistor.I can only see LE30...

If you know the model of this pressure sensor and the model of the transistor, please tell me. Thank you for your help.
