Rigol DP832 - Display issue/backlight

Hi

Well, I guess this is not my most lucky day, today as i was using my DP832 i noticed within short time
the display on my power supply started "fading", it almost looks as there backlight increased and colors decreased in intensity.

I have been into the menu and changing backlight/contrast, ect. but only makes it worst,
below is a picture of the display where the issue is visible:

Since i took the picture it has got worse, has anybody an idea on the HW issue I am facing ?

Seems the lcd is failing at some point ... if you can get the lcd part number you may find a new one,   is it under warranty ?

You could check the lcd flat / flex cable at both end if its well inserted ?

Thanks a lot for your suggestion, would anybody have a schematic for DP832 maybe ?

No one has a schematic.

Open it up, look at the cables going to the LCD as suggested. Check voltages.
