Philips TV model 32pfk4100 "CIPlus key" message

Hi,
I have a LED TV Phillips 32pfk4100 and after connecting a "Switch" game console to the TV, there is constantly the message "CI+Key" on top of the screen.
I found some advise on the internet that says to switch off the DDR check in  but this did not help.
The tv channels are also not keeped in memory of the TV...
I installed the latest software from Philips to that TV.
Any other advise to repair this problem?
