FET equivalent ideas?
« on: April 11, 2022, 12:48:38 pm »
I have a s/c P type mosfet from a faulty torch but I am struggling to find a replacement! Looks like it is in buck mode, and this feeds the lamp, SOT23 and it will have to be able to supply an amp I'd think..

Any ideas?
