I have been cleaning and testing some CCTV cameras and I have one camera (see title for model) that did work, but after a few power bumps due to a bad AC plug connection led to the camera failing to produce a image.
Upon a initial check of the power supply, I noticed a high-pitched hum coming from the board. This leads me to suspect some capacitors are bad.
Is there any way for me to confirm this without pulling all the electrolytic caps?
