Owon DS7104 (TDS7104) oscilloscope firmware needed.

The oscilloscope stops at the start screen and nothing further happens.
I checked the voltage converters - they all seem to work properly.
According to the owner, the oscilloscope was unused for two years, when trying to turn it on, it stops at the start screen.
No signs of flooding, the components are not heated, the equipment has been used very little.
Everything points to a firmware failure.
Do any of you have firmware for this oscilloscope?
I have written to the manufacturer and several vendors around the world, NO ONE has responded.
I could not find firmware for this model on the manufacturer's website.
