Need repair shop for Agilent 4287A

Hello eevblogers, I have an Agilent 4287a (Serial prefix MY433)  that will not finish rebooting.   Partway thru the boot process, it will start again.

I have taken off the cover, blown out the dust, reset connectors and even replaced the DRAM with no improvement.

Is there a repair shop for this device in the San Francisco Bay area?   Or I could ship it elsewhere.
