Sound Technology 1000A no rf output

My ST1000A stopped working.  I do not have any RF output.  The meter is working.  The voltages on Q30 are 30v collector and 3.5v base and emitter.
My curve tracer shows CR20 and CR21 okay.  My scope does not show any frequency anywhere in the RF osc.
I have attached a schematic. 
Any help would be appreciated.
