Hantek DSO 8060 issue
« on: December 08, 2020, 10:29:08 pm »
Hello,

I am new here, I use to repair some audio stuff.
Many thanks to the creator of this forum, it's very helpful !

And I have a problem with my scope i bout in February, a Hantek DSO8060
I got it in Banggood quite cheap but I don't recommend this site for buying: it took about 2 month to arrive and i have a problem with it.
Suddenly Cannel 2 stop working. Not even the line was appearing on the screen. So, I changed one of the IC in the input and the green line appears but CH2 still does not work.
After measuring Ω and volts I suppose it's one of the relay (I suppose it's a relay) in the CH2 input. But no way to find the data sheet of it. It's written: PL-4.5nd I think it's a relay but it has 10 pins ... I'll try to upload a picture. No way to find any spare part for it.
Any help would be welcome. I am used to repair vacuum stuff, much bigger then the SMD components ...

Hello!
Its looks like a polarized relay, like this (link just for example, not the direct replacement, see table): https://www.novoelectronica.ru/catalog/20649/rele-40-p-l-24-9479

Exact ! Many thanks.
They are the same, Just that the ones I need are PL-4.5
Do you know what trade is the symbol on the relay ?
I would go on it's web site.
Or any other idea of where I could find it ?

I have seen this trademark before, but I do not know who the manufacturer is. Try searching on mouser or aliexpress. Something like "polarized latching 4.5v relay through hole mounting" etc.

Also: http://www.huaguan-relays.com/products/latching-relays/?lang=en

Actually, did you check this relay already? May be it still intact?

Thanks,

I am trying with mouser to get the correct relay.

How can I check the relay ? A new one cost about 4€, I just change it: I have signal at the imput, no signal at the output ...

Thanks for your help !
