Diode / Transorb Identifcation

Thank you for reading ..... Attempting to find out what this might be

I suspect a Zorb / Transorb  but dont know for sure

Anyone help ?

Looks more like a 33uF/16V tantalum or SMD electrolytic to me. Can it be measured out of circuit?

It has gone dead short so can't measure
