MSA 4000 thermal camera, lines/noise on image.

Hello thermal camera experts, I have an MSA 4000 thermal camera that I just got off eBay for a decent price. Upon power up it has what it looks like patterns of lines and noise on the display. It does however work and show an image that looks great aside from the noise.

I checked the video out and it shows the same as the built-in LCD display.

Any ideas on what I should be looking at?
