mastech DC POWER SUPPLY

The current display stopped working still has the current just no display anyone ever seen this have not removed cover yet getting idea's on what to check any suggestions ...Thanks  [/img]

I never looked at those displays but you can see if there is a poor connection.  Otherwise you may have to replace the display, depending on what's wrong.

Pull the cover and probe around looking for loose connections.

The displays on those Mastech power supplies are usually 7106- based DMMs totally independent of their main board, so it becomes almost a replaceable part entirely.
For it to die completely, I would suspect power supply to the ammeter (a broken wire, perhaps?) or a complete breakdown of the 7106 (much rarer occurrence IMO).

Oh, the "whys" of the datasheets... The information is there not to be an axiomatic truth, but instead each speck of data must be slowly inhaled while carefully performing a deep search inside oneself to find the true metaphysical sense...
