Looking for Service Manual or User Manual Leader LPS-2801 DC Power Supply

Hello, I'm new here 
I have a Leader LPS-2801 DC Power Supply but not working properly - I have search on internet to find service manual or user manual but not found anything.
So, I ask here maybe someone have it

I did a quick search myself, and I can confirm that there are no manuals for it available online. You might want to contact Leader themselves about it...

Sadly hear it  but Thanks for your help.
12 hours ago I have contact Leader company but no response at all (or maybe need more time, who know) - let's see in 2 - 3 days.

Maybe it has some similarities to the LPS -151
