Looking for this chip 32db 9KHZ-1GHZ (SONOMA 310)

Right now the LNA found output low, the power supply is 15V.
The RF chip suspect defective.
15V via 220ohm provide the working voltage to this RF chip.
The gain it 32db between 9khz to 1GHZ, the gain flatness is +/- 1.5db
But the model is erased by the factory.

Would you help me to find the right model of this RF chip.

I think there is an error in the schema, output is input and vice versa.

MAR-3   MAR-6    MAR-8  amplifiers ....

the 32db gain   would tend to be this : MAR-8SM+

 I know MAR-8, but the gain only 25db at 1GHZ.

You are right, it's my fault, the symbol is incorrect of the amplifier.
