PCB warmer/rework station

I was wondering if someone could point me towards (or just list models of) some decent Hakko rework stations/board heaters.

What I'm looking for is something that will accurately warm the PCB underneath, as well as something that can hold the board in place (preferably the size of a motherboard ATX minimum). And what would be cool in addition would be something that could hold a Hakko 852 hot air rework tool, like a drill press.

I've been going with used/old models to save thousands of dollars, I'd like to continue down that path if possible.
