source for vintage 2-prong, non-polarized, AC receptacle

looking for a source to obtain the receptacle below from vintage tube amp.
1.125" center to center spacing, #6 clearance holes, chassis opening 0.75x0.43".

These were everywhere in the 60 and 70s.
