Hi All

Are Laser power supply high voltage modules repairable to component level.
There is a label mentioning vacuum tested check mark on the HV Module . Can this module be opened?

A more relevant question is are there schematics available to facilitate the repair.  In general these power supplies are quite simple units, but there is no guarantee that they havent scrubbed the chip IDs or used unsourceable parts, and in my experience Coherent doesn't provide repair manuals or schematics for anything.

Regarding opening the HV module, this seems like a bad practice in general for safety reasons, though I dont know if this particular module is vacuum sealed.

can you restore the vacuum level after repair?
if you do, open it
