Good evening everyone! I am looking for the diagrams of the AGILENT 33220A generator to repair mine broken down. Can someone help me ?? Thanks in advance :-+

Hello; the failure is complicated: on ignition it gives me an error code 606 (no communication with the main circuit); If someone has an idea.... |O |O |O

no, I do not believe that the failure is at the level of the optocouplers, but an error in the various dialogues of the integrated circuits processor / microprocessor ....
