Oscilloscop Matrix MOS640

Hello! Can anyone help me with the service manual or an electronic diagram for the Matrix MOS640 oscilloscope? Thank you in advance!

If you can identify other brand names, under which your oscilloscope was sold, then it could increase your chances of finding a service manual or circuit diagrams.

For example, the Matrix MOS-640 looks very similar to the GW-Instek GOS-620:

Thanke you, but mos640 have not the same diagram with 620, not the same HV
