ISSI Serial Flash Memory Read-Write

Hello,
I have the below chip (IS25LP128) and I can’t read it or program it with CH314A programmer. Do you know if there is any compatible programmer or something like this at the below link (I have use it in ATMEL and works fine) with Arduino?

IS25LP128 is listed as supported by minipro TL866II PLUS

These programmers are popular (I have one, I like it), good value and widely available.
Beware there are also fake versions of TL866 available.

I used the NeoProgrammer software with CH314A and chip programmed fine.
