DT-830B is just a family of various cheap multimeters.
They are built around an ICL7106 chip and will usually contain a few similar "organs" (capacitors and resistors for the ICL7106, voltage divider, current shunt, source for resistance and hfe measurements).
Apart from that the contents and layout can vary a lot and the brand on the cover doesn't mean much.
If you could post some decent photo's we may give you a clue as to what they could be.
Point out which resistors you mean and trace out what else they're connected to.
When we know which "organ" the resistors belong to an educated guess could be made which value to use for a replacement.
You could still try it with a schematic from the internet.
Just ignore the component number and try find out which structure the resistors belong to.
Also important, what functions are not working? And what made it break down?
