Start by disconnecting everything and powering the PSU alone.
If the fuse survives, proceed connecting the mainboard, then the others, but only one a a time, until you find the one blowing the fuse.

Thank you for the reply. Sorry to be such a newb but need clarification. Psu is power supply unit? The power cable comes into the TV and then goes directly to a very big pcb that i assume is the main board. So disconnect all out going cables to like the x main y main etc? I have a service manual for a Samsung plasma tv but it is not my model . I’ve looked but found no specific manual for my model. That would really help me out if you knew where i could look for that! I need to get a couple of fuses still. Could you recommend source for reasonable small electronic parts? I miss my neighborhood Radio Shack! It was four blocks from my house and i could quickly get little things there quickly. Amazon, eBay ali baba aren’t priced reasonable or shipping is more than the fuse!

Nothing comes up when I google FPT6347X/XXA.  Look for a label on the chassis of the plasma TV.  Once you have the back cover off.  There should be a different model # there.  It may lead you to a service manual.

Mouser or digi-key are good places to source electronic components.

I have acquired all necessary fuses. Is there any suggestions about where to check for why fuses blow?

I have replaced two fuses on the power supply board. I have plugged TV in and only connected the two lower left plugs one goes to the output terminal board and the other goes to the channel change and volume buttons board on the left lower corner of the TV.
I can hear a relay clicking on and off I believe it is RLQ802 by putting my finger on it. Near the two main fuses where the power comes into the board there are two round green “fuses” marked VAR802S and VAR803S and they have no continuity with power unplugged. Should there be continuity or must they have power plugged in to check continuity. Do these VAR fuses supply the power to the relays of the same number? Could having the X and Y main boards unplugged make the relay continuously click?

VAR might mean varistor, which should look open under normal  conditions..

Varistor- is a type of fuse? I just replaced one on another board. This is a round green button looking fuse. I’m going to try and figure out how to post pictures!

That's some sort of voltage supressor, a voltage dependent resistor.

I found another one in my saved boards. So it had to have voltage to it correct. So how do i test it before I swap them?

it will only work when it gets overvoltage, it's a protection device, doesn't affect the normal behaviour, will work without them.
