CTEK MXS 5.0

A good day to all.  I have a CTEK MXS 5.0 that is already out of warranty (I think) and it has stopped working.  When I plug it in I can hear a buzzing sound and no lights whatsoever.  So I opened it up and started checking.  The primary side seems to be OK as I have about 15.8 Volts at the secondary side across each output filter capacitor.  I also found out that one of the two 8-pin SMD MosFETs have shorted.  Another of the components which I think is also shorted looks like a DPAK transistor so I tried removing it from the board.  I lifted the two outer legs off the board and as I was about to lift the center leg which is internally connected to the metal tab, the epoxy package broke off.  Does anyone know the part number of this part.  The marking on it looks like a D113iG or D1131G.

Note:  If I were to use the conventional marking of semiconductors this would come to be a 2SD1131 device.  I just need someone to confirm if this is so.  If it uses SMD style marking, then it is a different story.

Hope you get it fixed - those things have a 5 year warranty and based on the experience of myself and another forum member they are very good about replacing them.

Update.  I have already found out what part it is and have ordered them.  I'll see how it goes when I solder them in.

Yes, my charger has been working again after the replacement of the regulator.  The problem with yours could be entirely different with mine, so there are no guarantees that it will work for you.
