Freewave transceiver problem someone has experience?

Hi, I have few Freewave transceivers at 900 MHz, I have one with particular problem, doesn't lock link, is unstable connection and has very high noise in diagnostics dialog generated from transceiver, basically works next way, green light indicates tracking, solid red light, indicates stable link. In this case red light is blinking without variable frequency, finally I open for did some testings, power supply is a buck converter and works fine, in RF part it has an LMX2316, this circuit it has PLL and controls a VCO through charge pump converter, voltage output from charge pump converter feeds a circuit named RF Mixer, is SA615D, atached Vcc waveform from oscilloscope. Someone has worked with transceiver or with LMX2316?
Yellow waveform is Vcc of SA615D
Blue waveform is charge pump output from LMX2316
