TDS500 TDS700 serie C and D - SPC with I2C installation

On a general note regarding the outputs of SPC run (in my case TDS540C and TDS784C), the bottom of the screen shows from left to right:
   • Signal Path
   • Voltage Ref
   • Frequency Ref
   • Pulse Trigger
   • Comm filters

Both my Oscope do show on the BANNER the 2C option activated, the 4 first items are all PASS but one thing I do not understand, it was easy to set the 2C option through GPIB but it leaves in my case Comm Filters = NOT PRESENT

What are the conditions (HW and SW) to have Comm Filter to be seen as PRESENT if required by 2C option ?
