Siglent oscilloscope screen SHS1102 frozen

Hello everyone

I have a broken Siglent SHS1102 oscilloscope, the screen remains blocked at startup, even when pressing the scop button, no reaction
Just once pressing the F1 key:
ver_soft 3.01.02.02r7
ver_hard: 8-21-3.3
Of course impossible to boot from a USB key
Do you have a solution to offer me?
I am not an electronics engineer but only an electrician
Is it possible to download the SHS1000 firmware and then load it with a programmer?
Can the RT809HSE programmer be used?

The only recovery method available in pressing SCOPE rapidly at Boot.

Try as many times as is necessary.

Download attached video.
Remove .txt extension required to upload .mp4 files to the forum.

Faut il une clé particulière ou peu importe ?

FAT32 with 4k clusters is the USB requirement.

There should be NO need for CFG files.

Firmware version 5.09.01.07 is the latest/last firmware version:

Il met environ 16 secondes à démarrer
Pour quelle raison l'écran était figé, je n'a pas de réponse à vous donner
Concernant la mise à jour :
J'ai testé avec de nombreuses clés usb (fat32 4K), l'appareil ne détecte rien
J'ai bien 5VCC sur la clé
Peut être une mauvaise soudure sur data+ ou data- ?

Which version of firmware does Utility/System Status report ?

Are you operating from the battery or from the mains charger ?

Does SHS1102 power On/Off correctly ?

ver_soft 3.01.02.02r7 is first firmware and if possible it should be updated.

There may be a USB fault preventing you from updating however I would first suspect a incompatible USB stick.

Reformat others you have to FAT32 with 4k clusters and try them.
Place the ADS file from the firmware ZIP package into the root folder of the USB stick which makes it easy to find and navigate to.

J'ai une bonne nouvelle
J'ai eu de la chance  : sans doute dessoudé involontairement en examinant toutes les soudures ou alors une mauvaise soudure sur le contrôleur usb...

J'ai téléchargé le datashet du ISP62BD, je pense que la patte 63 (D0) et 64 (D1) était en contact (court circuit) ou seulement la patte 63 (D1) sans contact, avec un peu de soudure et c'est parfait !
Maintenant dès que je mets une clé usb l'appareil me l'indique instantanément : "clé USB branchée" "clé USB débranchée"
La mise à jour du firmware shs1000 5.09.01.07 s'est bien déroulée
Le temps de démarrage du shs 1102 est d'environ 16 secondes
Donc maintenant je suis en version software 5.09.01.07 et hardware version 8-21-3.6
Une autre question :
Que veut dire cfg ? Configuration peut être...
Un grand merci à Tautech et coromonadalix pour m'avoir consacré un peu de leurs temps

CFG files are for configuring the displayed brand, say for a rebrand that Siglent supply.

Are there drivers for W10?
To operate EasyscopeX

NIVISA must be also installed as it contains the USB connectivity drivers.
The NIVISA Runtime package is the minimum requirement to get these drivers.

The EasyScopeX install instructions give guidance and NIVISA should be installed first otherwise W10 will assign the incorrect driver for your scope or other device.
If you have problems connecting to EasyScopeX I have a troubleshooting document if you need it.

It's me again sorry, I don't understand the probe compensation setting

Oh, you did not say Runtime download.

It's 73MB but much better than 500+ MB for the full NIVISA install.
