unknown mosfet 2521A?

any help figuring our replacement component for the part labeled 2521A will be appreciated .

So it is a control board for GODOX AD200 flash. Image of the control board is attached, the mostfet when measured with Voltmeter shows short between gate and source (assuming it is mosfet).

Take it out from the board and check it if it is still in short.
Make a picture of the region so we can try to flow the wiring/trace..

26Z08 appears to be an LDO regulator (there are large capacitors on each pin). AFAICT, both parts have circuit references of the type "Unn", so they must be ICs. I suspect that 2521A could also be an LDO. Do the Vouts go to the Vcc pins of the other ICs?
