TV service manual??

Hope this is the right area, but I am looking for a service manual for an Action Industries Model ACN-5501 5" color rv. It hasn't been plugged in for a good while, but even so, I know how to discharge the high voltage side. Searching on internet won't even get me any tv from this brand as fat as manuals go, just similar ones to buy on amazon or ebay. The tv works, but its got an issue in the signal input on the input a/v connectors. Got it for a friend for a project of his and want to fix it. Thanks.

You will also probably need to do AFTER REPAIRS ALIGNMENTS.
With a proper alignment function generator.

The ELCOs are certainly out of spec in the Horizontal section

Yes it is a crt from 1994
