Help identifying LCD
« on: July 07, 2020, 05:51:07 am »
It is monochrome LCD I need to replace but there's nothing about the model number or manufacturer. It has flat 15 pin connector. Back light is separate supply with ccfl tube. I posted some pictures. The machine model is SAC-F4S.
The closest one I can find is this one: https://fsshijie.en.alibaba.com/product/60475361775-803277332/640x480_VGA_Monochrome_15_pin_9_4_inch_LCD_Display_LM64P839.html
But its over 100USD so I don't really want to risk that much in case it doesn't work.

Bit of a longshot but these might have a screen with a model number on or even a spare screen.. Is this the same interface unit? https://www.aesintl.com/equipment-services/manufacturer/elettromeccanica-carra/t1340b/

Here is the datasheet and pinout for the Sharp LM64P89 & LM64P839 panel:

https://elektrotanya.com/sharp_lm64p839_lcdpanel_datasheet.pdf/download.html
https://www.beyondinfinite.com/lcd/Library/Sharp/LM64P839.pdf

The 3 power pins appear to be in the right place.

Dimensions:

WARNING: See page 55 of the following manual:

http://support.elmark.com.pl/advantech/pdf/PCA-6153man.pdf

Pin #7 (VEE) is the "external power" pin. The voltage requirement is -20V for the LM64P89 panel.

LM64183P -17V
LM64P89 -20 V
