help help,need the keithley 263 calibrator ROM for repair

Just got a keithley 263 calibrator ,not very good,can not power on, aftere several days check, i believe the ROM was corrupted,does anyone can help me to give a copy of this ROM,the ROM  IC is U47, A "AM27C128 " 16K*8 ROM IC,which signed "263-800 A1"

almost any programmer can read this IC,you can just send me a copy of the file to email :gavin_pro "at"  163.com

Did you try to read your ROM?
