HP E3632A FIRMWARE

Below is the firmware for U13 of HP E3632A. I read U13 (which is an AM27C020-150JC PLCC32) of my recent purchase of an HP E3632A. The tag on U13 reads as E3632A-0060016 U13 REV 1.1.

If anyone has a newer version, please share.
