Ah, should have checked before posting, your speaker is a low powered low priced unit, so will probably have a small unknown SMPS.
I have had similar chips come in blown up, and have been able to find the piece that blew off with its markings completely intact!
One caveat, though, an increasing number of these SMPS controller IC's are now unavailable anywhere in the world from any reputable supplier.
So the only option is a questionable one from China.
When that doesn't fix the problem, you will be in an unenviable position of not knowing whether its just a fake chip that doesn't work, or there is some other problem, or both.
