FLIR Thermal PTZ cameras Model T4332ZU - faulty power supply section

I have a FLIR Thermal PTZ cameras Model T4332ZU that was knocked out by a power surge, I noted that the motherboard which houses the Memory SD card has a charred chip. Does anyone have a schematic diagram or can also identify the number of the charred chip from a similar broken camera section ?
