AOC F22+ repair, fragmented white screen repair

Hello,

I have seen many white screen failure, but this one bugs me.

The image is fragmented from top right in grid and you can clearly see a grid, on each grid part there is date and time stamp and "screen 1" to "screen 8" marks. (Took the best picture i could)

Before i start further, is it repairable?



Never bothered fixing this kind of defects before, but this one got me interested in trying to repair panel.

Nothing is visibly burnt or damaged, voltages on LCD PCB seem fine. Could changing NT7168FG-10014 chip do the thing? Because writings on it are faded, so i suspect it got burned from overheating(just a guess).
