Did you measure them and concluded that they need to be replaced? I remember measuring some in my 8845 and the conclusion was-don’t touch them.

Yes, why replace them? Inside my Tektronix 4040, the plastic jackets on those electrolytic capacitors shrank a lot, look ugly, but they seemed to work fine.

Good brand is Nichicon

I recapped my 3x 34401a meters with them,   for the tantalums    can't remember, they where way older than  theses meters  loll

But  if the meter work okay   there is no rush,  you need very good skills and the proper tools ...

I would not replace them if I did not need to

BOM (to be confirmed)
   Value          Voltage       qt       Comments
   15000uF     16               1          TH
   6800uf      10               1          TH
   47uf        100                1          TH
   220uf       50V               2          SMD
   1000uf      10V              1          SMD
   2200uf      35V              2          ?

Is the voltage rating of the 220uf and 1000uf correct, attached are pic's

thanks

My go to brand/series for recaping instruments is Nichicon PW. I used them in switching power supplies and main boards and they never failed me. I recaped oscilloscopes, lcd monitors, signal generators.
