Power supply PWM
« on: November 26, 2021, 03:52:17 am »
Hello every one,
I’m currently working with a power supply which  uses a microchip to generate the PWMs signals, however only one of the two signals is present at the microprocessor. My question is, can I use an inverter chip to generate the missing signal?
This signal goes from the microchip to a driver chip part # ir4427 which drives the power supply Mosfets.
Thank you

Don‘t do that.  :phew:This PWM signal is controlled by the voltage output via photo-coupler and TL431/KA431. Detailed explanation see pm.

Hello and thank you for the quick reply.
The manufacturer will not sell me the microchip for this power supply.
Is there any suggestions for this problem.
Thanks again

Don‘t worry.  :)  Taobao :-+ can help you.  Find friends living in
Hong Kong or Taiwan to help you to buy one to fix this
stuff. They are at cheap price. :D I repair AV amps at components level. All components come from taobao.

All work well. If I were you, I will choose 4-6RMB to buy.
See photos.
