Identifying MSOP-10 ACQ/BEJ

Hi,
I'm trying to identify an smd IC, MSOP-10 encapsulated, which is serigraphed with the following: ACQ (in the first line) and BEJ (in the second line).
The V in (pins 4 and are shorted to ground (pins 2 and 7) . I suppose it's a double linear voltage regulator, but as much as I look in s-manual, or Turuta smd codes, I do not find any that resembles it.
Can someone give me an idea what is, to replace it?
