Help needed to identify IC
« on: December 28, 2015, 10:52:39 am »
Hi guys,
I'm trying to re-engineer a DC motor variator. The two power MOSFET are driven by two ICs marked GY9D, with SOT23-5 packages. I can't find references of this circuit, which is probably also a MOSFET. Anyone knows that circuit?
Thanks in advance.

The code is not familiar, but there are many MOSFET drivers in SOT23-5 packages so it seems likely that it's one of those.  Trace out the circuit, if the SOT23 has a separate supply and ground pin, then it's going to be a driver rather than a single discrete MOSFET.

@rich
Yes sir! That's it. Thank you.https://www.eevblog.com/forum/Smileys/default/clap.gif
@mikerj
Thank you mike, I'm going to trace out the circuit in order to remake a PCB for a little serial.
