fluke 287 green led flashing
« on: August 27, 2024, 08:14:37 am »
Hi everyone,
Here is my problem, I had the bad idea of wanting to power my fluke with a 9v transformer, but there was 12v at the output!
The fluke turned on and off.
I put the battery back in to check if it turned on, but the green LED on the switch flashes and the fluke does not turn on anymore!
I started investigating, and I found a short circuit on the diode CR9, and the capacitors C79 and C67.
The 9v voltage arrives on Q20/Q21 but not further, maybe a problem with U20?
Thanks for your help.
Regards
Gil
