Fluke 233 fail

Hello, I have an Fluke 233 that doesn't work. All batteries have been replaced by new ones. When I turn the meter on, only the power indicator light up on the right side in Red. It doesnt blink, ik burns red all the time.  I try to search for this error on the internet but can't find anything. Does anybody know what could be the problem?
