Fluke 189 no power missing component can anyone identify

I have a Fluke 189 that won't power up traced it to a component that appears to be missing. Attached a pic from net highlighting missing component in red. I'm thinking that it is either a  fuse or inductor can anyone verify what the missing component is and what the specs would be

0.39 uH inductor.
