Agilent E3632A output buffer overflow

Hello!

What exactly does it mean error 522 output buffer overflow?
It happens on mine e3632a when i recall setting and turn off power supply then switching it on?
The power supply pass the all tests btw. And it seems that is nothing wrong but what makes me concerned is this above.
