Greetings EEVBlog forum,
My latest (personal) project is swapping the electrolytic capacitors out on a DVE Brand DSO-142L Rev: C switching power supply (Lot# 200410). This PSU board is for a EO1013 Series HP KVM switch.
Output: +5.1V / 2.4A, -5V / 0.5A
Input: 100--240VAC 50/60Hz 0.7A
The electrolytics are swapped, no issue there--but the SMD ceramic capacitor for the +5V filtering (solder side) cracked in the process of installing the last can. Designator C12.
I'm a solder monkey & not an engineer, so I'm a little out of my depth on what the circuit can tell me about what capacitance value I need to get as the replacement.
I'm attaching photos of my board, along with a creepy diagram of the model I've found online.
Any input will be helpful, thank you!
