Leader 3220 signal generator repair

This is such a nice generator when it works that I'd love to get it going again.

It has lost phase lock it seems.  The output started getting intermittent and it kept getting worse until it won't work properly no matter what.  I get a lot of garbage in the output, although the attenuator still works.

I have made an extender cable for the modules and even think I may have isolated the defective module, but I am stuck without more info.

Has anyone worked on one of these, or even have a broken one with a good module I can buy?
