changing supply voltage from 115 volt to 230 volt on a Anritsu 4803a

Hello everyone,
Before i buy Anritsu 4803a power meter on Ebay i want to know if  it is possible to change the supply voltage from 115 volt to 230 volt on these meter.
I hope it is only changing a tap on the transformer. I don't want to add an extra 115/230 volt transformer.
