Can anyone identify these SMD semiconductors?
« on: Today at 01:24:26 am »
I need help looking for replacements for these SMD semiconductors.  I will post photos.  The board is from a Pioneer SX-S30 receiver and is a SMPS.
The first semiconductor is Q904 and is marked AZ43W.  Second is D905 and is marked L68.  Last is D906 and has the markings of two diamonds side by side with the number 66 and below is marked CU1M.  I'd appreciate it if anyone can tell me what the replacements are.

Thank you very much.

AZ+xxW = INA5001AP1

I'm guessing that CU1M is an ultrafast 1kV 1A rectifier, but that's a purely intuitive guess.
