Pretty good, just use care when undoing the staking that holds the shield on. Then make a VERY CAREFUL NOTE of orientation of everything, including the LCD panel, the zebra strips ( beware some will have 2 strips, one being conducting and one just as a filler) and all other hardware. Taken a few apart and most worked after putting back together. You will have to get the same LED style ( probably a side emitting one) and after putting them in drop the current through them to get a better life out of them, they probably are being run at 30mA or more, when they should have 10-15ma through them.
